A flash card is a set of cards bearing information such as words or numbers on either or both sides, used for classroom drills or private study. To prepare flash cards, write the information on the front and details on the back so they are not needed to be flipped. When using flash cards, familiarize yourself with the cards and theme, arrange them logically, flash them high enough for all to see, and provide instructions to maintain concentration.
