This document is a project topic approval form for a student group. It lists the supervisor's details and three proposed project topics. The supervisor will choose one of the three topics for the group to pursue. The Project Approval Committee chair must then sign off on the chosen topic. The form will be kept by the students and attached to their project synopsis and final report. A copy will also go to the supervisor.
