This document maps the transformation of the curriculum at the Division of Information and Library Studies at Masaryk University from 1991 to 2014. It shows how the curriculum has evolved from a focus on library science and scientific information to become an i-School with a broader focus on information studies. The curriculum has become more interdisciplinary over time, incorporating additional areas like informatics, data analytics, design, and educational technologies. Core courses now cover research methodology, legislation, and information organization, while specializations include information services, technologies, and data management. The transformation reflects the changing nature of the field from a focus on libraries to a broader perspective on information, people, and technology.
