• #6: The Insights You Need   It starts with a question you or your coworkers have likely asked… How many Workflows do we have? It’s a leading question that’s equally operational as well as aspirational. In other words, you’re not simply looking to count the number of workflows, although that would be nice. You’re looking for the insights you need. Sure, operationally, you ask the question because perhaps you’re looking to pare down on servers, front ends.Perhaps you need to load balance or even migrate from 2010 or 2013 to 2016… Office 365? Migration Upgrading to 2013/2016 Moving to the cloud You need to not only know how many workflows, but where. And, who built those workflows, who owns them? Is that person still around? Dashboards Use your Nintex lens to define and share beautiful reports and dashboards using best in breed visualisation tools. Nintex Insight provides quick time to value by providing Microsoft Power BI integration and templates, whilst also allowing you to use your Analytics tool of choice provide visibility across the entire Nintex Platform Action without insight is, at best, ineffectual, and at worst, detrimental. • #12: A lens is our way of grouping specific data and answering particular questions.   The Usage Lens provides a view of an organisation’s Nintex usage. Understand key consumption metrics, user participation and the return your Nintex deployment is providing. Answer questions such as: What’s the extent of our Nintex usage? How many people are actually using Nintex? How many Workflows or Forms do I have?   The Inventory Lens provides insight into how Nintex features are being used, where Nintex Assets are located and how they are performing. This helps you understand things like: Where Workflows are all these Workflows located Which Actions are being used? By Whom? Which workflows error most often?   The Monitor Lens provides real-time monitoring capability for your Nintex Workflows Leverage the Monitor Lens to: Get notified when Workflows error Understand error rates across your Nintex Workflows Accelerate the identification and reporting of issues to Nintex Support   The Process Intelligence Lens allows you to measure the activities occurring within a process automated by Nintex. The Process Lens will automatically surface generic process metrics (e.g. how many instances have run). However, Customers can further extend these to add process specific events and provide business process specific reporting.
