This document describes a dice game where the player rolls two dice and adds the totals. Depending on the total, the player either loses money, gains money, or neither loses nor gains. The game is attractive because rolling a 7 has the highest payout. While predictions estimated making $0.56 per game on average, experimental results showed losing $0.80 per game on average. This was likely due to an unusually high number of 7s rolled in the small sample size. Over more games, the averages and standard deviation would be closer to the predictions as the law of large numbers takes effect.
