1)     Figure 1 (below) shows Mr Britain giving active lifestyle classes for mothers.
       He is running a weight training class and explains to the participants the
       importance of following the correct technique.

2)     As part of an active lifestyle week, Hope and Bradley volunteered to run
       some exercise sessions for Year 7. In the first session they ran a circuit.

(a)    As one of their safety considerations, they made sure that each station had
       a different activity and was working on a different area of the body, such as
       the deltoid and trapezius. Why is this considered ‘good practice’?
