Reorganization
Why? New Organization Structure
Proposal New Structure 4 in a team (different division)  Present the new structure (strengths, dev, vision, mission, successes and future possibilities) with NAME and POSITION 20 minutes discussion
Presentation 10 minutes per team Explain the structure
Follow Up Meeting ( A week later)  HOD will decide the new structure based on the your inputs HOD meet up with the  HR  for selection of employees and new structure – de-layering and span of command (small group discussion) Announce to the team Decide time for hand- shaking
