AMERICA. As General Manager (Accounting & Financial Control) were Reporting to
Board of Directors of the Company and advisor to various committees/ CEOS of client worth

Current Role:
 Overall Head of Accounts and and Finance of the Company.
 Ensuring accuracy, correctness, and timely recording of all transactions of
business area involved by company.
 Timely reconciliation of accounts, review on pre internal audit reports and
compliance with internal control, internal check policies and procedures.
 Pre approval and auditing of purchase orders, invoices, credit documents and
sub contracting
 Preparation and consolidation of capital and revenue budgets, risk and
variance analysis, report of corrective measures and improvements based
analytical reasoning.
 Monitoring active credit management on accounts receivables and accounts
payables, preparation of Cash flow and Fund flow forecast based on working
capital requirements including Fund based and Non Fund based facilities
such as LCs,BGs,Bill Discounting, Higher Purchase and approval of cash and
fund disbursements on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly with timely
update and review.
 Follow up of financial forecasts and review of financial and performance
statements and reporting.
 Preparation of project reports, Economic feasibility study for project
expansion and compliances with reports required for working capital loan
and term loans.
 Oversee the conduct of periodic internal audit and statutory audit by auditors
and compliance of quarterly internal auditors report and reply and statutory
auditors limited review report and compliance and implementation in order
to complete smooth functioning of annual audits function.
 Effective product pricing, warehouse and bonded warehouse inventory
positions, cost and inventory calculations review.
 Preparing cost comparison and analysis for managerial measures on cost
control and operation efficiency improvements.
 Pilot all data processing for preparation of income statements and financial
reports ensuring the required standards and meeting deadlines.
 Provide timely analysis of performance, profitability and financial position for
strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the
achievement of the budget and strategic plan.
 Assisting on tax and other statutory compliance in filing forms and returns.
 Support development and training of accounting and finance personnel.

June, 2002 – December,2003 at M.N.INTERNATIONAL Ltd., Paramaribo, South America., As Chief
Accountant and Manager Shipping was reporting to Managing Director
SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
o Supervised the migration and implementation systems for entire accounting and Shipping
documentation of Imports and exports, High sea sales and Transit trading, Retailing, Distribution
and Wholesales, accounts receivable and accounts payable for the company engaged in the
sector of Electronics ,Home appliance and Consumer Durables. Finalization of books of accounts
and P & L and Balance Sheet, direct and indirect taxation and compliance with various statutory
and legal agencies reporting and filing.
o Part of the process of business expansion to increase growth 50 % in 9 months by establishing
retail outlets and transforming a loss making business to profitable. Resolved two years pending
accounts, inventory, receivables, payables and statutory compliance and brought to up-to-date.
Dec, 2001 – May,2002 worked as freelance Accountant , SQL query writer in backend database for
manual account reconciliation for programmer in database migrations inventory management system in
pune,india.
