- 10. 2) Create a Site & Upload Content • Sites are used to store content – Group by project • Can have as many sites as you need – Can identify favorites • Users have a home site • Drag n’ Drop

Site Types Public Site • Visible and searchable to all Network Users and any External Users explicitly invited to the Site • Network Users can search content in Site without joining • Network Users can join by themselves to receive Activity Updates for Site Moderated Site • Visible and searchable to all Network Users and any External Users explicitly invited to the Site • Network Users can request to join the Site. Site Managers must approve to give access • Until a user is added to the Site, the content is private to everyone outside the Site Private Site • Site is hidden until Site Manager(s) explicitly invite users to the Site • Once users are added, they can view and search content in Site

Only has access to those • Cannot see any other Network Users or Sites they haven’t been given access to • Can be removed from all Site and Network in one click
