- 6. Please refer to the “Unit Descriptor” which stipulates the element and performance criteria’s coupled with application of the unit and evidence requirements. Unit Descriptor is located over here

- 8. To start a unit, simply plug your headphone and start its Interactive Presentations.
- 9. Interactive Presentations contain the subject matter and learning activities that will assist you in understanding the unit and acquire the knowledge needed to complete the unit. Also, please download the “Student Workbook” for your reference as it contains the same matter in text format. Interactive presentations are located here.

- 11. To complete a Unit of Competency, you need to Submit your Written Assessment Tasks. Written Assessment Tasks are located over here

- 13. Written Assessment Tasks include Q&A, Scenario and a Project. To start Written Assessment Tasks, download them your desktop and start answering the questions.

- 16. Your trainer will review your assignments and mark them. You will be updated on your result which could reflect one of the two possible outcomes: “Competent” or “Not Yet Competent. In case you struggle, please liaise with your trainer for assistance.
