We take excess electricity from combustion engines and split H2O into their respective atomic molecules. These fuels are introduced into the air intake manifold of the engine as a burnable fuel, resulting in dramatic fuel & emissions reductions. Petroleum and hydrogen work great together. Gasoline and Diesel fuels are long molecules that tends to burn slow and incomplete. Hydrogen burns fast and complete. Together they compliment each other resulting in a dynamic dual fuel blend. We have technologies with intellectual property claims in chemistry, system controls, & safety & fuel delivery. Our products are sized for large engine applications, specifically diesel engines. We have developed a plug and play solutions that have high reliability with low maintenance requirements. We are working to establish safety standards with the DOE for this fast emerging industry Our technologies are bridge tools to the future. As hydrogen infrastructure rolls out in California there is an immediate need with the current diesel emissions reductions Review of Our Technologies Confidential: Not For Distribution Green Light Alternative © 2009
Pat Conarro leads the GLA team with a history of successes in the semiconductor industry in automation calibration. The company is operated in Colorado. Pat assembled the GLA team in 2008 to initially address high fuel prices. Performance based equity trading was used to complete product development and business planning. Each team member and their respective companies have contributed a expertise and resources to complete Phase 1 of our technology roadmap resulting in relatively low start up costs. GLA’s technology applies to a wide range of diesel applications. They include: Trucking, Industrial, Mining and Domestic use Generators, Military, Marine, Rail, Farming, Mass Transit. Water is the fuel & it’s easily accessible. GLA’s aim is to rapidly align itself with organizations and agencies across all global regions so that its superior technical solution to CO2 emissions and reduced energy costs can be rolled out at the earliest opportunity. Some initial examples of such initiatives can be seen below: GLA has applied for grants with the US Department Of Energy. The Obama Administration is releasing $20 Billion to the private sector immediately to develop these green technologies. Our mission - to create products that help the country achieve energy independence while at the same time being environmentally conscious is in line with the DOE’s mission & funding requirements. GLA has visited the Hong Kong Electric Company to learn that the city receives the majority of their electricity from large diesel generators. They are interested in leasing these systems when available. Market Opportunities & Value Proposition Confidential: Not For Distribution Green Light Alternative © 2009
China’s growing industrial sector is only allocated electricity for 4 days out of the week. The other 3 days require all factories to use diesel generators to power their facilities. Our Chinese partner has (12) 850 HP generators that are unregulated by the central government. We are currently testing on these large applications. This relationship can reach 500,000+ generators in the rest of the country. CARB - The California Air Resource Board just mandated a 50% emissions reduction on all diesel engines in CA by 2014. $1 Billion is on the table to help owners convert engines to lower emissions to meet these regulatory mandates. The opportunity is immediate. The Kyoto Protocol mandates that countries must curb their emissions to 1996 levels or be fined. Carbon trading of emissions reductions is on of the key selling points of our product line . GLA has strategic relationships with The California Truckers Association & Carbon Trading Companies that sit on the United Nations Kyoto Protocol Committees. The DOE wrote and released the Hydrogen Technology Roadmap in 2003 with support from industry experts. Nothing addressed on demand hydrogen safety standards. We are working with the DOE to set those standards for this emerging industry. GLA’s IP in chemistry is 100% organic. Competitors are being kicked out of California due to their caustic electrolyte solutions that they use in their generators. Most systems on the market break down and are hard to maintain. The GLA system addresses all issues with a focus on reliability & safety. The process of making on demand hydrogen patents have long expired. Our international intellectual property efforts are based on the safety side of the business. We bring safety compliancy & maintenance inside the cab of the end user. One can monitor and be advised on system performance and maintenance trigger points. Market Dominance Through IP & Compliancy Confidential: Not For Distribution Green Light Alternative © 2009
