Encourage local candidates to apply for the Rural Entrepreneurship Fellowships:  Candidates business located within “community.” (Day, Marshall, Roberts & SWO) Business is beyond start-up phase of development. Submit a business and a professional plan for development. Applicants selection based on: History of action-oriented risk taking. An excitement to learn and grow. Business feasibility  Strong plan of growth
