HypothesisUS students perform poorly on all four parts of the ACT because of a substandard reading comprehension.  Furthermore, students from other countries read at a higher level and will subsequently score higher on all levels.
ObjectivesCreate focus groups from 4 countries.Administer questions containing traditional content from the ACT at various reading comprehension levels.Compare performance on writing, math, and science in each of the reading comprehension test levels.Evaluate differences in performance between students from different countries.
