Using Google Groups as Email Lists allows you to create an email list on Google Groups. The key steps are: 1. Create a Google Group by logging into Gmail and going to groups.google.com. 2. Enter your group name, email address, description, and select "Email List" as the type. 3. Set permissions to allow all members to view, post, and join. 4. Invite people by entering their email addresses separated by commas and including an invitation message. 5. The group email can now be used to email the list and members can reply or post using the same address.

- 2. 1. You must have a Gmail Account. Login to Gmail and type groups.google.com in your browser Go to groups.google.com

- 5. 4. Set other options. Permissions (Set to..View – all members, Post – All members, Join – Anyone can ask) Change permissions settings as shown
