Message Republic of the Philippines Department of Education Office of the Secretary Let this milestone remind us of the indispensable role of education in charting the course of our youth’s future and in harnessing their potential to become outstanding individuals. This year’s graduates have done a great job of channeling their passions into endeavors that will enrich their pursuits and advance their respective vocations and professions. As you move into the next chapter of education and leave the halls of your alma mater, it is my hope that you will unceasingly work hard to become active stakeholders in our nation-building efforts. Together with our academic partners in all education levels, let us remain committed to promoting our youth’s strong sense of nationalism so they can be part of a productive and responsible citizenry that will help chart the path of our nation’s growth. - 4. Message Republic of the Philippines Department of Education Region v Malugod na pagbati sa lahat ng nakatupad at mga magtatapos ngayong Taong Panuruang 2022-2023! Sinasabi na ang bawat pagtatapos ay hindi lamang pagdiriwang ng tagumpay kundi simbolo rin ito ng katatagan, katiyagaan, at kasipagan ng mga Pilipinong mag-aaral na kinalinga at pinagbuti ng matatag na sistema ng batayang edukasyon na tumutugon sa hamon ng panahon. Bilang isang pinuno ng batayang edukasyon, nalulugod ako at lubos na ipinagmamalaki ang bawat mag-aaral na kabilang sa napakahalagang pagkakataong ito. Kayo ang patunay na nagtagumpay ang edukasyon sa gitna ng lahat ng uri ng hamon. Ang temang “Gradweyt ng K to 12: Hinubog ng Matatag na Edukasyon” (K to 12 Graduates: Molded through a Resilient Educational Foundation) ay sadyang angkop na deskripsyon ng mga magsisipagtapos na mga mag-aaral ngayon. Lahat kayo ay may tiyak nang kaalaman at kakayahan na kinakailangan upang magpatuloy sa inyong mga buhay sa makabagong siglong ito. Lahat kayo ay hindi lamang mga MATATAG, kayo rin ay mga Bicolanong Maoorag! Ipagpatuloy ninyo ang inyong determinasyon na magtagumpay, manatili kayong matibay at matatag sapagkat mahaba pa ang inyong landas na tatahakin at ang pangangailangan sa patuloy na edukasyon ay hindi kailanman mapipigilan ng oras, panahon o anumang kasawian at kalamidad. Ipagpatuloy ninyo ang pagiging pamana ng ating lahi at maging mabuting mamamayan na ninanais namin para sa inyo. Habang nangangarap tayo ng isang Bansang Makabata, at Batang Makabansa, tinitiyak namin na gagawin namin ang lahat ng aming makakaya para sa inyo at sa inyong edukasyon.
