Reload is a backup solution for Novell GroupWise that provides live backups of user mailboxes and items for several weeks. It allows for quick recovery of individual emails, contacts, appointments and more. Reload also enables off-site backups and easy migration between GroupWise servers. In the event of a disaster, administrators can perform a one-click failover to the Reload server to access the live post office. Reload reduces storage needs for backups compared to traditional methods. Blueprint is a reporting tool that provides analytics on GroupWise usage without impacting the live system. It generates HTML and CSV reports with over 40 data points on user mailboxes.
