 Phase 1: Development and refinement of material selection, 
combined with final lab simulations and design work 
 Phase 2: Installation of turbine on seabed and production test 
over required period independently verified by 3rd party PPA

Joint venture with major energy company with expertise in 
transportation of natural gas. Gas produced to be sold on new
