This document summarizes a startup company based in Aizu, Japan that was launched in 2015. The company, called FaBo, provides prototyping tools to help turn ideas into real prototypes quickly through a process of making, testing, failing, and remaking. FaBo's tools include many modular electronic bricks for analog, digital, and wireless functions that can be combined to create prototypes, as well as an open source hardware platform and starter kits available for $100.
