⇒1,I want to use the latest version of the package.
  I want to use Mikutter at any time the latest version
 2,There is almost no ARM binary latest package in Ubuntu of PPA.

Very troublesome.
 3,OS and Unix pkgsrc is independent from architecture,

version. I want to be independent latest packages.
