HEAD – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT



Purpose of the Job:
   • To manage and implement the sales and marketing strategy of the organization
   • To develop policies and processes to improve operations and service delivery to meet
      existing and future corporate objectives
   • Working closely with other department to ensure business expansion in the region and
      building client base

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Achievement of business generation & profitable revenue targets.
    2. Relationship management and new client acquisition.
    3. Promote new initiatives and take a leading role in the development of strategies, policies
       and processes across all functions that will help to achieve the company's mission and
       core objectives.
    4. Build, lead, motivate and manage multi-disciplinary, results-orientated teams who are
       accountable for achievement of corporate and individual targets; utilize performance
       management tools to monitor, correct, recognize and/or reward achievement versus core
       business objectives.
    5. Implement and maintain a customer satisfaction program which serves the dual purpose
       of informing customers of new business developments as well as soliciting their feedback
       to identify improvement opportunities & therefore contribute to the organizations’
       program of continuous improvement.
    6. Develop and monitor budgets for all major organization development projects.
    7. Maintain an awareness of any possible threats to the business and develop policies and
       processes that will provide for such contingencies.
    8. Maintain an awareness of developments in the fields of organization change and
       development to ensure that the company continues to take advantage of the latest thinking
       in these areas.
    9. Proven track record in business development with G.C.C,UAE .AND Client base

The job requires:

    1. Education to post Graduate level;
    2. Professional qualifications in a relevant discipline;
    3. Considerable experience of managing organization change;
    4. At least 8-10 years' experience in the construction equipment industry in the Middle East;
    5. Knowledge of IT systems;
    6. Client acquisition and relationship management skills;
    7. Ability to meet business targets with a proven track record in sales;
    8. Aggressive, entrepreneurial temperament with a high drive;
    9. Team leading capabilities;
    10. Excellent interpersonal skills;
    11. Excellent analytical skills;
    12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
    13. Excellent presentation skills.
