The HELP3 project aims to improve the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric hematological diseases in Tanzania by establishing a hematology center and utilizing telemedicine for training and knowledge transfer. The project focuses on providing essential resources, such as diagnostic tools and drugs, while also emphasizing the importance of effective communication and ICT solutions for successful international cooperation in health projects. Key challenges include local telecom infrastructure and the cultural readiness of both IT and non-IT team members for innovative practices.
