The Coalescer merges small liquid drops into larger drops by filtering the liquid through several layers of media, each with progressively larger pores. As drops compete for the open pores, they coalesce and form larger drops which are more easily separated. The skid design consists of two pre-filter vessels, two standard coalescer vessels, two high-efficiency coalescer vessels, and all on-skid piping and controls to operate automatically and safely with only periodic personnel attention.
