Home Alone Script Why are you dressed like a chicken? - Scene ● Jasmine - Harry ● Sofia - Marve ● Luke - Kevin ● Giulia - Camera women This scene is about the burglars trying to go inside Kevin´s house. Kevin sets many traps inside the house to make stay away. Angry Harry is outside the house with a burned head.He touches his head before storming inside the kitchen.(medium shot) Harry ,speaking gibberish before going inside, slams the door and shouts.(high angle & medium shot) Harry - Where are you, you little creep?! Marve struggles to walk up the stairs, then storms towards the house, then he stops, looks at the window and goes inside.(long shot,tracking movement,medium shot & then POV) Marve - Harry! I'm coming in! Harry walks up and puts his ear against the door.(pan movement) Kevin - Oh no, I'm scared.(sarcastic voice) Harry - It's too late for you kid!We are already in the house!We are going to get you!(medium shot) Kevin - Okay, come and get me!(medium shot) Kevin turns on the fan and then walks away. Harry opens the door and walks into cling film with sticky glue that is stuck on his head.(push in into his face)Harry walks into a rope(low angle,medium shot of fan & long shot of Harry with feathers all over him)

(Establishing shot of the Christmas tree and the window)Marve is climbing through the window to go inside but steps on broken christmas balls.(long shot & close up of feet stepping on the broken balls) Marve - (screams) I’m going to kill that kid! Harry tries to get the feathers off his body. Harry and Marve meet again by the main entrance. Harry - Marve?(medium shot) Marve - Harry? Why the hell did you take your shoes off?(close up) Harry - Why the hell are you dressed like a chicken?(close up) Kevin - I’m up here you morons.(medium shot)Come and get me.(not filmed) Marve and Harry look at each other and start walking towards Kevin but they slip and fall to the ground because of car toys. (low angle & then long shot) Kevin - You guys give up or ya thirsty for more?(medium shot) Harry and Marve struggle to stand up, then they walk up the stairs.(high angle)Kevin throws the buckets of paint at them.(low angle)Harry looks at the buckets and then ducks but Marve stays standing up so he gets hit by one of the buckets. Harry - Heads up! When Marve gets hit by the bucket he falls towards the floor and lands on his back.(low angle) Harry - Don’t worry Marve, I’ll get him for ye! Marve screams and points at the next bucket that is thrown at Harry.(high angle)It hits Harry in the face, he then falls towards the floor and lands on Marve.(low angle)
- 3. Harry - Ooouuuu Kevin - Yessss! Kevin tests the wire that he set up, nods and walks away.(master shot) Marve - He is only a kid Harry, we can take him.(medium shot) Harry - Ohhh shut up will ya.(close up) Marve - Uuuuu.(close up) Harry - What is it?(close up) Marve - You are missing some teeth.(close up) Harry - Where? It’s my gold tooth, my gold tooth, I’ll kill him, I’ll kill him, I’ll…(mumbles)(high angle) They stand up again and start walking up the stairs. Harry - You fire me with one more can kid and I'll snap up your cajones and boil the motor oil.(high angle) End of scene.
