An accredited staging professional provides three levels of staging service: a verbal consultation to make recommendations, a written consultation with a detailed report, or fully staging the home themselves. Staging involves decorating the home to appeal to buyers rather than the current owners. It typically includes de-cluttering, enhancing curb appeal, and positioning furniture to showcase rooms. Before and after photos show how staging can improve homes. Staging is designed to increase sales prices and reduce time on the market compared to non-staged homes.
