Add the E- speaking writing activity:
Talk about the place where you live: using the above vocabulary, write an
e-mail to an european friend describing your place in your city so he can
                                              find it in Google Maps.

Hi dear friend. Today I want to tell you the precise directions of where I
                                                live.

I live in a town named Yarumal, at north side of Antioquia, a department in
Colombia. I live in a very gentle neigborhood wich name is Villa Fatima. I
live in a two bedroms house at 24 road, 22-24 with my aunt. My house is
near a primary school wich is great for me because I'm studying to be a
                                                teacher.
Yarumal is small town, located at 2 hours north of the city of Medellín, so it
will be easy to find it at GoogleMaps.
                                                Have a great day!
Make one composition about your bedroom and
another one about your kitchen.

My bedroom is a very pleasant place. I have a big bed rigth in
front of my closet. I have a little table near my bed wich always
has on it some books, notebooks, candies and my personal goods
as lotions or so. I don't have a T.V in my bedroom, cause I think
it's not the place to have one, I think bedrooms must be aislated
from information of T.v, Internet or so, cause is a place to rest and
 meditate.

The kitchen in my house is a place I rarely use. I live with my aunt
and she doesn't like people in her kitchen. I don't care about
that, because my aunt cooks so good I can't complain. I use the
kitchen, though, when I have to do some popcorns, potato chips
or warm some cofee at the microwave.

     she, they) and answering them.

strip about using images from internet.

Jay was born to ride. Just after learning to walk, he got his first tricycle. A year later he was on a bicycle with training wheels. At the
age of five he was a skilled bicyclist, able to jump off ramps and fly through the air. His father made sure he did everything safely. Jay
wore a helmet, a chest pad, elbow pads, and knee pads. He fell a lot, but he was never hurt badly.
He got his first motorcycle when he was seven. His father put the motorcycle in the back of his pickup and drove Jay out to the
desert almost every weekend. Jay became a skilled rider. He entered motocross races all over the county. By the time he was 15, he
had won 30 races. His future looked bright.
When he was 17, Jay took his girlfriend out for a ride on his motorcycle. A truck ran a red light, and Jay and his girlfriend crashed into
the side of the truck. Jay went into the hospital for three months. His girlfriend died immediately.
Jay didn’t ride a motorcycle again for 10 years. Then one weekend he bought a used Kawasaki. He took it out for a test run at dusk.
It felt good to ride again. He got it up to 110 miles an hour on the local freeways. A highway patrol car chased him for about ten
minutes, but he finally lost it in the freeway traffic and the dark. When he got home, he was excited. That was fun, he thought.
