This document describes a campaign called "How Are You?" aimed at encouraging college students to have more meaningful conversations by asking "How are you?" in a genuine way. It provides statistics showing rising loneliness and isolation among college freshmen. The campaign involved a 10-hour video of a man sitting in a coffee shop waiting for viewers to answer the question seriously. It garnered over 2,000 clicks and 1,500 video views. Over 1,100 people visited the website and 1/3 of viewers promised to put more intention behind asking "How are you?". The campaign spread through social media and earned positive press coverage.
