We used various media technologies throughout the construction, research, planning, and evaluation of our music video and promotional pack. In construction, we filmed the music video using an HD camera and edited it using Final Cut Express. For research, we used YouTube to study conventions of similar music videos and filmed preliminary tasks. In planning, we used Google Maps to scout filming locations and social media to organize actors. For evaluation, we uploaded content to YouTube, used its annotation and statistics tools, and linked a PowerPoint to our blog.
