WINDOWS The hostID of a Windows machine can be one of two things.It can either be the MAC Address of the machine or the Disk Serial Number ofthe main hard drive of the computer,normallythe C: drive. WINDOWS - MAC ADDRESS To find the MAC Address of a Windows machine,follow these steps: WINDOWS 8: 1.
