How to be a  GOOD  learner
How important is the students’ motivation? Integrative motivation is more powerful than instrumental but whatever kind of motivation students have, it is clear that highly motivated students do better than ones without any motivation at all.
Who is responsible for learning? Learning is a  partnership  between teachers and students. As teachers, it is up to encourage students to take charge of their learning by guiding them and by being available to discuss individual plans to study. But good learners don’t wait to be taught.
What characteristics do good classroom learners share ? Succesful students have some or all of the following characteristics: A willingness to listen, A willingness to experiment, A willingness to ask questions, A willingness to think about how to learn, A willingness to accept correction.
What’s special about teaching adults? LEARNING EXPERIENCES (BAD AND GOOD): STRONG OPINIONS ABOUT HOW TEACHING AND LEARNING SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT. LIFE EXPERIENCES: VIEW OF THE IMPORTANCE OF LEARNING WHICH MAKES THEM STICK TO A COURSE OF STUDY IN AN ADULT WAY. IF THEY CAN SEE THE POINT OF LEARNING, AND IF WE ARE ABLE TO EXPLAIN THE REASON WHY WE ARE ASKING THEM TO DO THINGS TO THEIR SATISFACTION.

How should we teach the different  levels? The activities we offer students often depends on their LANGUAGE level. For example: Beginners: simple language, exagerated tone of voice, gestures.
