- 2. Introduction Enterprise This slide will show Split & Merge Manufacturing Orders in Odoo 17 Manufacturing. Splitting the order allow us to prioritize the production of available portion fulfilling the parts of customers order faster.
- 3. Enterprise ● Let’s go to the Manufacturing > Operations > Manufacturing Orders .
- 4. Enterprise ● Here the manufacturing order is for 10 quantity and need to split the order into 5. ● Let’s open the split option under the Action gear icon.
- 5. Enterprise ● Specify the split quantity, So that the number of manufacturing order will be created.
- 6. Enterprise ● We can see the splits that we made. ● Then click on the Split button and it will be splitted.
- 7. Enterprise ● To identify the split orders, there will be a reference number from the original manufacturing order as well as another sequence reference, such as 001, 002.
- 8. Enterprise ● Now let’s merge the manufacturing orders. ● Create a manufacturing order and choose quantity, BoM etc..
- 9. Enterprise ● In order to merge the manufacturing order it must be in draft or in confirmed state and have same BoM. ● Choose the manufacturing orders to merge and select the merge option under the Actions.
