To create an invitation-only event on the Ayojak platform, an organizer would enable the invitation-only feature in the event settings, configure invitation codes and invites in the attendee section, and send invitations with a subject, message, and unique codes. Invited users would then need to enter their email and code on the event page to access it and purchase tickets. The organizer can view pending and sent invitation lists to monitor RSVPs.

How to Create Invitation Only Event

- 2. Sign into your Ayojak account. Go to Event Setup Page.
- 3. Click on “Yes, Show me more options!”
- 4. Click here
- 5. You are on “Event Settings” section. Check here to enable ‘ Invitation-Only’ feature. Click here to save.
- 6. Your ‘Invitation-Only’ feature has been updated successfully.
- 7. Open your event page, you will see the selected feature is activated. After Entering Invited email id & code, user can access the event. To Configure invitation code & Invites, go to Attendee Section.
- 8. Click here.
- 9. Click here to send invitations for event.
- 10. Select source of email addresses. Suppose you have to send single email. Fill details here. Click here to add Address in the list. You can check here to save it in address book.
- 11. Fill the Subject. Type your message. Select for sending same code or different codes to users. Click here to send. Click here to allow user to purchase only one ticket.
- 12. Your invitation has been sent successfully.
- 13. Click here to see Pending Requests of invitations. You can see pending invitation list here.
- 14. Click here to see sent invitations. Here are the sent invitations with other info.
- 15. User will have to enter email id & given invitation code to access the event page.
- 16. Now user can see the event page and can book tickets for event.
