The VanHackathon is a virtual hackathon from April 7-9 where companies share tech challenges for developers and designers to work on with the goal of hiring top talent. Participants can communicate with company representatives, work on example challenges involving apps or websites, and get tips on standing out like communicating well and producing quality work to potentially get interviews and jobs. It aims to connect international companies to remote technical talent through an online collaborative coding event.

- 3. How it Works 1) Companies share Tech Challenges with you 2) They will 1 or 2 team members available during the weekend to answer questions and interact with candidates 3) VanHack selects the best candidates for the company. 4) Interview and hire amazing talent!
- 4. Timing Starts at 7PM UTC-3 Friday April 7th and end 7PM UTC-3 Sunday April 9th
- 5. Differences from last time 1) Less companies, more jobs! 2) International companies - Canada, Ireland, Holland and Germany 3) No feedback from companies on project, just too many to give feedback
