  • 3. Before you start : Have a clear understanding on what your presentation will be focused on.

  • 8. Make sure you stay on topic, professional and on key

  • 10. Ask all questions before jumping into the project
  • 11. Make sure all your work has been citedEAMPLE SLIDE:Devote 75% or your page to knwowledge..not to much not to little.   • 12. The WORKSFont:*for a whole presentation you can use up to 3 fontsfor a single page you can use up to 2 fonts
  • 13. *use both upper and lower case letters (never use all capitals) Size:do not use anything less than size 18. * for a whole presentation you may use up to 4 sizes * For a single page do not use more than 3 sizesColor:try to use no more than 3 colors (primarily in the same range) on one slide. background color is most important…make sure it is illegibleLayout:organized and easy to read and follow possibly use the “Z” pattern or the Rule of ThirdsUploading PicturesSteps (non- Mac comp.) Display the slide.
  • 14. Choose Insert – Picture - From File or click the Insert Picture icon on the Drawing. Choose an image file to insert.
  • 15. Select the image and move it to the desired location.   • 16. ConsiderBecause most PowerPoint presentation you have to present, consider reviewing your project in advance so you can be a dynamic speaker.

Consider using aids such as visual handouts, projector or video along with the presentation.Checklist to have complete before SUBMITTING: rubric topic is clear and on point all slides tastily uses color pictures are uploaded correctly, not blurry and cited all work is properly cited spelling, grammar and punctuation is clean and understandable
