HOW TO MAKE BRAINSTORMING WORK
WHY WE ARE DOING BRAINSTORMING ? To solve an important problem To get new ideas To find new solutions at work Reality is different
  THERE ARE TWO KIND OF BRAINWAVES Alfa and Beta Beta waves work if we are under pressure Alfa waves are more creative waves and work if we are relaxed. We think better in relaxed and suitable environment.
WHAT IS BRAINSTORMING REALLY Critics is not allowed Say out everything that comes into Your mind The more ideas the better Develope before said Ideas and thoughts
HOW DOES BRAINSTORMING REALLY WORK ? In the first phase there is all kind of critics and discussion avoided There is assumed that the team generates as many ideas as possible – hopefully also some good ideas Most important at the beginning is qvantity not quality To make brainstorming work we need  favorable environment .  It is good to have both, those who know the problem and those who  are just open minded
GOOD EXAMPLE – WALD DISNEY CO.
STATISTIKS Quality ideas are usualli 2-3% Ideas that deserve developing 10-25% Old ideas 25-40% Copies of other ideas around 10% Around 30% not ideas at all Around 50 ideas gives 1 GOOD ONE
WHY IS IT LIKE THAT ? Lazyness Tireness Group thinking Critical thinking Representing old ideas, experiences Group leader Bad focusing Etc.
FOR WHAT IS POSSIBLE TO USE THESE ?
MOST COMMON ANSWERS Rob the Bank Keeping things Clothing To filter something To shoot something For burning Take dust Binding As a rope Hanging clothes
HOW TO GET IMPULSES ? WHERE TO FIND IMPULSES? Use new roads to go to school or work Talk to people You have never talked before Try to go out with new people Buy magazines You never have bought before Read pages and sections from newspaper You have never read before Wisit new shops ..........
