How to report an abuse
- 2. Discussions section is a main section in Jeeran. This section was created for all the users so they can discuss issues that concern them in their city. Every one has a point of view, but some abuses may appear in the discussions or in the comments. In this condition you can report the abuse to the Customer Support team in Jeeran by following the steps in this lesson. Let’s not forget that having different opinions does not mean that we cannot discuss them
- 3. You can report an abuse to the customer support team by following these steps: Sign in to your account on Jeeran.
- 4. -Go to “browse discussions” on the left side of the main page. -Click on the category of the discussion you want to abuse. -Now select the discussion you want to abuse. -On the top right side of the discussion or comment you want to abuse, you can find a flag button , click on it. -This will lead you to a new page, choose the type of report, write a description and click on “Report” button. -
- 5. A message confirming that your request has been received will appear. An employee from the Customer Support team will take care of the abuse. Thank you for helping us to keep Jeeran clean and safe
