- 1. HOW TO SHARE A FILE USING IBM CONNECTIONS.CLOUD
- 2. CLICK APPS, THEN FILES
- 3. CLICK NEW, THEN UPLOAD
- 4. CLICK BROWSE
- 5. CLICK UPLOAD
- 6. CLICK ON YOUR FILE
- 7. CLICK THE + ON READERS AND CHOOSE PERSON
- 8. TYPE A NAME AND SELECT A PERSON
- 9. FINISHED… CLOSE THE PREVIEW PANEL.
- 10. THE RECIPIENT GETS A LINK DIRECTLY TO THE FILE
- 11. IT ALSO SHOWS UP IN THEIR FILES AREA
- 12. BUT WHAT IF THEY DON’T HAVE CONNECTIONS? • If they don’t have connections • Or if they’re not “connected” to you… • Their name can’t be picked as a sharing option. SO…. ADD THEM. (that’s a different presentation btw).
