FULL DESCRIPTION OF TRAINING CONTENTS   IN THE LANGUAGE OF THE TRAINING: (EN)   Preparation The Preparation of the training activity will be in two directions: 1.Logistics – it includes selecting a place for accomodation; preparing the place for the training activity; organizing the cultural program for participants, assistance to the participants on all their request and inquiry. 2.Preparation for the Training – it includes development of course materials (for trainers and for participants), design of study environment and provision of a package with training materials for the participants and muiltimedia training materials; development of inquiry carts for implementing a feedback and valuation.
Objectives   The main objective of the seven-day course is formation of competences of the participants for selection and using of interactive training methods for specific educational purpose. The specific goals are formation of:  - knowledge about interactive training system on the base of human relationship and modern ICT; - skills for creation of interactive educational atmosphere; - knowledge and skills for using interactive methods on the base of personal communication - brain writing, pyramid, fish bowling, panel discussion, lightning, avalanche and etc.; - knowledge and skills for using computer based technologies; - knowledge and skills for planning and organization of interactive activities as a way of coping with difficulties arising in the course of the educational process; - culture of communication in interactive educational environment. This course contributes to expand the understanding of new provocations of education in Europe.
Methodology   Methodology of the present training activity has three directions:  1.Broadening the knowledge of the participants by lecture activities, PowerPoint presentations, discussion group work; 2.Formations of professional skills by practical training, group work, using of ICT, work on web-based training circle; 3.Acquiring of competence as each of the participants will have the opportunity to prepare and present interactive methods connected with his professional practice. The participants will be able to make reciprocal assessment.
Follow-up   At the end of the course the participants will express their evaluation about the effectiveness of the course filling in an inquiry and specifying to what extent their expectations have been fulfilled. The contact with participants will be remained after the end of the course and their valuations on the result of discussed interactive methods’ using in their professional practice will be requested after three months.
PROGRAMME OF THE TRAINING ACTIVITIES (DAY BY DAY)   First day: Accommodation 11.00 - Welcome party Second day:  09.00 – 10.00 – Course introduction (presentation, expectation from the present course) 10.30 – 12.00 – Problems connected with the education in Europe (experience, facts, discussion)  14.00 – 16.00 – European provocations in the education
Third day:  09.00 – 10.00 – Advantages of the interactive educational environment (presentation and discussion) 10.00 – 12.00 – Interactive training methods on the base of personal communication and methodology for their implementation (brain-writing, panel discussion, traffic lights, pyramid, avalanche and etc.) 14.00 – 16.00 – Interactive training methods on the base of personal communication and methodology for their implementation (continuation) 16.00 – 18.00 – cultural programme Fourth day: 09.00 – 12.00 – Interactive training on the base of modern technical instruments and Internet 14.00 – 16.00 – individual work of the participants with different interactive methods 16.00 – 18.00 – culture event
Fifth day:  09.00 – 12.00 – Applying of interactive training methods in different subjects and extracurricular work (participants, demonstration) 14.00 – 16.00 – Applying of interactive training methods in different subjects and extracurricular work (participants, demonstration) 16.00 – 18.00 – cultural programme Sixth day:  09.00 – 12.00 – The role of the teacher and the students during the interactive work 14.00 – 16.00 – Issues and  difficulties  of interactive methods’ using  16.00 – 18.00 – fellow party Seventh day: 09.00 – 11.00 – Bulgarian experience in extracurricular work by activities of national net of school European clubs in Bulgaria 11.00 – 12.00 – Giving the certificates 12.00 – 13.00 – Feedback and closing session
