Within this project new training modules will be developed. Besides new practical tools will be created to help and encourage employers to implement FWA into practice. - Target group: persons caring for a dependent family member, employers - Objective: The aim of the multilateral project was to develop the most interesting methods that positively increase learning impact and motivation of adult learners and to implement them into the course that is included in Comenius-Grundtvig database. - Target group: adult learners, teachers and trainers - Objective: This project searched for cultural similarities through differences and the utilisation of cultural components in the teaching of languages as a way of uniting people and learning the language without forgetting the cultural dimension. - Target group: adult learners, teachers and trainers - Objective: The aim of this project was to study and exchange the best teaching methods of the European Language Portfolio in different EU countries - Target group: adult learners, teachers and trainers - Objective: This project was designed to promote intercultural education within the concept of formal and nonformal lifelong learning and to share experiences and ideas on language teaching approaches. - Target group: adult learners, teachers and trainers

EUROPE 2005 - 2008 Grundtvig Wokrshop --- ILMAE Grundtvig course Grundtvig Course --- EILC Erasmus ILC --- E-LANGUAGE June/August 2010 August/September 2010, 2011 - This one week workshop was designed for interested adults from countries participating in the LLP program, who would like to improve their communication in foreign languages via self-learning with the use of modern technologies. - This one-week course offered the best of the ILMAE multilateral project. It´s aimed at teachers, trainers and adult learners willing to know more about effective learning methods. - Every year we organise together with the Skoda-Auto-University intensive Czech language courses for foreign students. NATIONAL PROJECTS (Projects funded by the Euroepan Social Fund) TITLE IMPULSE (Complex Programme of Development and Support for Teachers of Central Bohemian Region in English Language) 2012 - 2014 PROGRAM ESF ESF - Objective: This project is aimed at improving the quality of teaching English at primary schools. Within this project are organised training seminars for teachers and created new innovative teaching and learning materials. These materials are used by teachers in their classroom and pupil´s progress is regularly tested and evaluated. The project involves more than 40 teachers and 1200 pupils. ESF - Target group: primary school pupils, teachers of English - Objective: The main aim of this project is to show teachers how different ICT tools can be integrated and used in a classroom and be benefitial for both students and teachers. Within this project are organised seminars and workshops for primary and secondary school teachers focused on use of differen ICT tools (interactive whiteboard, e-newsletter, virtual communication, HotPotatoes etc.) USE OF ICT IN TEACHING www.inspiraceproucitele.cz 2010 - 2012 PROJECT LANGUAGE LEARNING www.kurzyproucitele.cz 2008-2010 ESF CENTRE FOR FURTHER EDUCATION 2006 - 2008 - Target group: primary and secondary school teachers of English, History, Geography and Social Sciences - Objective: This project was aimed at development of a training programme focused on the use of project oriented methods for teaching foreign languages. More than 200 teachers took part in workshops, seminars and project days. - Target group: primary and secondary school teachers of foreign languages. EQUAL ACCESS TO EDUCATION (Equal access to education for persons caring for a dependent family member) 2008 - 2011 - Objective: The project is focused on further education of teachers in English language. In this project a comprehensive e-learning programme in the Moodle platform will be developed - Target group: teachers of primary and secondary school pupils ACTIVE ENGLISH (Development of Communication Skills of Primary School Pupils) www.active-english.cz 2010 - 2013 BRIEF DESCRIPTION ESF - Objective: This project offered more than 500 women either on maternity leave or searching for a job a new opportunity to increase their IT competences, sof skills and foreign language knowledge. An integral part of this project was childcare during course running. - Target group: women / men caring for a dependent family member (mainly women on maternity leave) ESF - Objective: The main aim of this project was to develop a centre for further education. Within this project have been developed curricula, teaching and learning materials for foreign languages, PC and soft skills courses. - Target group: women of all ages

FURTHER EDUCATION FOR OUR EMPLOYEES ESF 2008 - 2011 CERTIFICATION AS A WAY TO SUCCESS 2005 - 2007 ESF - Objective: The main aim of this project was to increase the competitiveness of our company and adaptability of our employees. Within two years took place more than 100 training courses. - Target group: employees of our company - Aim: This project was aimed at implementing modern management systems in our company, increasing the quality of provided services and competences of our employess. - Target group: employees of our company
