( 图 ) Because I did not have an umbrella, ( 图 ) I went into a convenience shop ( 便利店 ) ( 图 ) nearby to buy an umbrella.  So what should I say to the shop assistant? ( 图 ) Could I.... Can I.... May I.... have an umbrella, please? However, the shop assistant told me because the rain was very heavy, ( 图 ) many people came in ( 图 ) and took all the umbrellas away. The umbrellas were all sold out! ( 图 ) I felt very sad because the movie may have begun already. ( 图 ) So I shouted: "What a pity!" ( 图 ) I exclaimed sadly because I couldn't have an umbrella. So I arrived at the cinema like out of a swimming pool! ( 图 )

'I'm sorry, we've sold out,' the girl said. 'What a pity!' Susan exclaimed. Just then, a man hurried to the ticket office. 'Can I return these two tickets?' he asked. 'Certainly,' the girl said. I went back to the ticket office at once. 'Could I have those two tickets please?' I asked. 'Certainly,' the girl said, 'but they're for next Wednesday's performance. Do you still want them?' 'I might as well have them,' I said sadly.
