The problem Teaching can be a lonely job   Some teachers have  taught  for many years but have very little change in their teaching style

The challenges To break down the traditional isolation approach to teaching methodologies and lesson planning T o ensure maximum utilization of this technology as we incorporate it into our educational curriculum
What caused the isolation in  teachers ’  lesson planning Usually solely and entirely responsible for   the plan   It is a lonely one-person operation in most cases Implementing a poorly designed lesson plan is counter productive
What caused the isolation in teachers ’  lesson planning . Implementing a poorly designed lesson plan is in fact counter productive for both the teachers and the students.
Facilitating communication  between colleagues Consensuses  building and collaboration T he channels of communication
Reasons for shared  lesson planning The textbooks  The learners The  National English Curriculum   and ITC and methodology   ELT teachers do feel at a lost when they open the textbooks at night to plan their lessons .
