This document outlines the Hu-Points program which allows dental professionals to earn free products from Hu-Friedy by accumulating points. Members automatically earn 5 points for signing up and can earn more points by completing tasks like viewing educational videos, referring others, providing feedback, and completing surveys. Once members earn 100 points they can select a product to evaluate and will receive it along with a survey to provide feedback. Earning additional points allows selection of higher-end products.
Hu-Points Program
- 1. A product evaluation program designed exclusively for RDH members to earn free Hu-Friedy products.
- 2. We want to help you understand how easy the Hu-Points Program can be. This presentation will guide you through the point accumulation process to earning your free product for evaluation.
- 3. Step 1: You automatically earn 5 Hu-Points for becoming an RDH member. (check your “My Account” Section to see where your points are stored.) How to Get Started
- 4. Step 2: Earn 5 Hu-Points by viewing product presentations and videos in the Member Resources Section and answering a question (Hu-Quiz) correctly. Earning Hu-Points
- 5. Earn 10 Hu-Points by using the Refer a Friend feature. Other Ways to Earn Hu-Points
- 6. Earn 5 Hu-Points by submitting ideas for website content development through the Friends Share Feedback feature. Earn 10 Hu-Points when Friends of Hu-Friedy posts your suggestion. Other Ways to Earn Hu-Points
- 7. Earn 10+ Hu-Points when you complete surveys located in the Product Evaluations tab in the “My Account” section. Other Ways to Earn Hu-Points
- 8. Step 3: You are notified by Friends of Hu-Friedy with an email and survey to select your preferred product to evaluate. You may redeem your 100 Hu-Points at this time, or continue to accumulate Hu-Points until you reach 200+ to evaluate higher end products. After Earning 100 Hu-Points

- 10. Step 4: Friends of Hu-Friedy will ship your chosen product to your registered address. Receiving Your Chosen Product
- 11. Step 5: Trial your product in clinical practice for 2 weeks. Friends of Hu-Friedy will then follow-up with another survey on your experience. Evaluating Your Product
