This document introduces a hybrid Red Deer Algorithm (RDA) integrated with Physical Unclonable Functions (PUFs) to enhance security in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) for IoT applications. The proposed system demonstrates improved key distribution, authentication, and resilience against attacks compared to existing methods, achieving significant outcomes in energy consumption, delay, packet delivery, and network lifetime. Comprehensive simulations validate the effectiveness of the RDA-PUF approach in managing efficient clustering and routing while maintaining data security.
