1. The Most Practical Idea:
Service for new grads to
get customized job
counseling
-- This is practical because it follows a common
business plan. You just need to find good counselors
and set up a partnership with Universities.
2. The Most Disruptive Idea:
Create a service to let new grads
interview companies to understand what
they look for in candidates
-- This is disruptive because it puts power in the
hands of the student who gets to interview the
company instead of the company interviewing the
graduate and allows the graduage to get first hand
advice from people who hire.
3. My favorite idea:
Tool to create a contact
map of friends and
relatives relating their
circumstances with
opportunities for help in
job searching
-- This is my favorite because in the end I believe the
best jobs are found through contacts but most
people don’t understand the value of the people
they know. This helps them figure that out.
