The IMAGINE project aims to develop an innovative management framework for dynamic manufacturing networks. The framework will include a methodology, ICT platform, and monitoring tools to enable end-to-end management of manufacturing supply chains. A consortium of 15 organizations from 11 countries is carrying out the project over 3 years. It will be validated in 5 industrial living labs and aims to make manufacturing networks more flexible, visible and accessible to SMEs.
