Points of consideration when studying, recommending and adopting sustainable soil management practices that target the preservation and/or enhancement of SOC « Including GHG trade-offs, discussion on the required efforts to measure and monitor SOC stocks, link between SOC and SIC » 3. Recommended management practices, land use systems and actions for preservation and/or enhancement of SOC « Recommendations and considerations for all land uses (croplands, grazing lands and plantations), including land use changes » « Consider the local environmental, socio-economic, cultural and institutional contexts, and potential barriers to adoption » « Case studies and success stories of effective practice adoption and achieved SOC preservation/increase as long as based on measurements and evidence-based results with the adequate statistical accuracy»
