This document provides an overview of the School Data Management System (SDMS). It discusses the key modules of SDMS which include managing student personal information, fees details, fees status, and report generation. The system was developed to automate the manual process of maintaining student records and help various school departments more efficiently manage data related to students, fees, receipts, and generate necessary reports. A feasibility study was conducted and determined that the technology requirements were simple, costs were low, and it could be developed within a suitable timeframe, making the SDMS project feasible to implement.
