This document summarizes a student project to improve the BITS Co-operative store (Akshay) based on surveys of customers. A group of 7 students conducted online and offline surveys to understand reasons for low sales. The surveys found that customers were dissatisfied with long queues, limited products and store hours, and inadequate staffing. To address these issues, the group suggested reducing billing time by using student IDs, increasing billing counters and staff, improving product organization and labels, and offering home delivery. The objective was to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales and profits for the store.
