DEFINITIONS
 Business Ethics using the right means to achieve a
right objective for the benefit of all including the
environment.
 Sustainability: “Meeting the needs of the present
without compromising the ability of future generations
to meet their own needs.” (United Nations, 1987)
 Business sustainable development means adopting
business strategies and activities that meet the needs of
the enterprise and its stakeholders today while
protecting, sustaining and enhancing the human and
natural resources that will be needed in the future.13/04/2015

much ground water they are depleting. In
