Visa Process Flow Watch List Validation Applicant + Rejected by Cashier Supporting the Permit Documents Counter Clerk / Visa Officer Officer • Accept payment • Validate the application & documents & issue receipt • Categorize into a scheme • Auto-generates unique App. No Rejected • Logs date & time & preliminary details Application • Records the collected documents • Enters the preliminary details Rejected Visa ( eg Surname, first name, DOB, PP no etc ) Letter is granted Letter of Reject Counter Clerk/ Visa Officer Visa Sticker Manager/ Chief Visa Officer • Checks the receipt • Visa is Approved • Enters the rest of the application’s details • Sticker is automatically printed • Approves / Rejects • Passport is affixed the sticker and the Visa handed to the applicant
