Project Coordinator:
 He will be able to keep Track of the Project on Day to Day basis
without asking for any report from Execution team
 He will be able to Plan Material Requirement and their Dispatches
effectively
 He can access Real Time Data on Work Measurement and Billings
of both Client and Sub Contractors
 He can directly keep a Track on Material Issued to Sub Contractors
and its Consumption
 He can also Track Pole Dump locations in Map showing
geographical area.

Project Execution Team
 The Project Team will be able to create Work Plan and raise
material Indent according to plan
 Daily Progress can be entered in an user friendly interface and
abstracted Report will be immediately available in the portal, so
sending DPR through mails will be avoided
 Work Measurements can be easily captured and Bills in respect of
sub-Contractors and Client will be automatically generated by the
system
 Material consumption for Client and Sub-contractor will be
reconciled automatically as soon as Erection bills are generated

Project Stores
 Material Receipts and Issues can be entered through user friendly
interface
 Stores Manager also will be able to Track Material Consumption at
Jobsite by individual Sub Contractors to keep a Check on Excess
Issues
 Weekly or Monthly Reports on Stock status will be automatically
generated

SCM Team
 Procurement team will be able to Track Material Requirement
raised by Project team vis-à-vis Execution Plan in real time
 They will get up to date data on Consumptions in jobsites and
Stores Stock position, so that they may take proactive action

Client
 Restricted access may be provided to Client to view/download
Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress reports
 Work measurements can be seen by Client in the system and
changes if required can be suggested. So bill quantities can be
finalized without any paperwork or loss of time
 Details of past and current Bills and Payment history can be seen
and downloaded anytime
 Material Consumption and Reconciliation can be viewed from the
system directly

Sub-Contractors
 They can see their past and current Bills and Payment status in
the system, if access is granted
 They may see their respective Material Consumption status and
current Holding if access is granted

Senior Management
 Senior Management can view up to date Reports related to the
Project in the desired formats any time from any place with net
connectivity using Smartphone or Tablet

Super Administrator
 All activity on the system is time-stamped, location-stamped and
user-stamped
 Super-admin can see if any user is performing unauthorized
activities on the system
 The system is on SaaS platform, hosted on the most secure Linux
servers, and uses advanced security and encryption methods to
store data. This prevents malicious attacks from outside party
 The system has robust authentication measures in place to prevent
unauthorized access
 Periodic Backups of the main database are made automatically.
